What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the quote request form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, property address if you provide one, the area of the county, the service you need, your current system type, your timeline, and any message you write.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form we also record your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you submitted from, and the referring URL. We use these to prevent spam and abuse, to rate-limit submissions, and to understand which pages are useful.
Why we collect it, and who we share it with
The purpose of the form is to pass your details to licensed septic professionals so they can contact you about your request. That is the service. When you submit the form, you are asking us to share what you entered with one or more licensed contractors serving your part of Comal County, and they will contact you by phone, text or email using the details you gave.
We may be compensated by those professionals for the introduction. You are never charged.
We do not sell your information for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone other than the professionals matched to your request, except where we are legally required to.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting the form you consent to being contacted about your request at the phone number and email address you provide, including by the professionals we match you with. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing quotes@newbraunfelsseptic.com, or by telling the contractor directly to stop contacting you. Withdrawing consent does not undo introductions already made.
How long we keep it
We retain submissions for as long as we need them to service the request, resolve disputes and meet record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your submission — see below.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets a session cookie when you interact with the form, used only to protect the form against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.
We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers. If analytics or call-tracking are added later, this policy will be updated before they go live.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated server-side, and stored submissions are held in a database that is not publicly accessible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Access. Ask us what we hold about you.
- Correction. Ask us to fix inaccurate details.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your submission from our records.
- Opt out of contact. Ask us, or the contractor, to stop contacting you.

Children
This site is intended for property owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the effective date above.
